Most case studies are either too vague or too self-congratulatory. Prospects need to see how the team thinks, what constraints existed, what decisions were made, and what evidence supports the conclusion.

Decision-ready answer

A converting case study includes context, business problem, constraints, strategy, execution, outcome signals, lessons, related services, and a CTA. Use real metrics only when approved and supportable.

Start with context

Explain the business model, market, buyer journey, and starting point. Without context, results are hard to interpret.

Show decision logic

Describe why certain channels, pages, content, or tracking changes were chosen. The logic builds trust even when sensitive metrics cannot be shared.

Use honest outcome signals

If exact numbers cannot be disclosed, use qualitative but specific signals such as cleaner attribution, stronger enquiry paths, or better campaign learning.
