Accessibility statement
Our accessibility aims include clear headings, readable contrast, visible keyboard focus, descriptive links and reduced-motion support. These aims are subject to testing and user feedback; this statement is not a claim of independently certified conformance.
Current scope
Review covers page content, navigation, interactive tools and responsive layouts. Embedded booking, chat and other third-party interfaces may have their own limitations and need separate checks.
Testing approach
Use automated accessibility checks plus manual keyboard, zoom, screen-reader, error-message and responsive testing across representative templates.
Report a barrier
Email sales@imagineinkmarketing.com with the page, task, browser or assistive technology and the problem encountered. Do not include sensitive personal information.
Questions this page answers
Does a perfect automated score prove accessibility?
No. Automated tools detect only part of the requirements. Manual use and user feedback remain necessary.
Are third-party tools covered?
Third-party interfaces may have separate limitations. Any production chat, booking, consent or analytics tool must be tested in the complete journey.
What standard is targeted?
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the target. Automated checks, manual testing and user feedback inform improvements; a target does not by itself establish conformance.
